My theory on Sol Ring (and ramp in general, for that matter) is either we want it all the time or we should work around it, because if it means 10% of our deck is dead after our opening hand, it's probably not worth it

Up until now, you only needed your hands and maybe some original cards for reference, but going forward, you may need some tools to help you in the process

Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Priest of Forgotten Gods fit in just as well as Mother of Runes or Righteous Valkyrie
